I have used this knee brace for about three times after coming off a 2-month layoff following what probably was a Baker's Cyst. So far, it seems to be holding my knee in place while running short distances. I will gradually scale up the distances over the next two months and only then can I say for sure, its real effectiveness.

The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is that the knee gets very warm with it on. I guess that is expected from the design.
