I wear size 15 and these still fit in my Oceanic Vortex V12 fins with the only difference from my other (thinner) Oceanic boots being that I had to let out the fin straps a bit. Very comfortable to walk to/from dive shop and onto the boat since they have a nice sole similar to a running shoe. Would be great for places like Bonaire where you're doing lots of shore diving and have to walk your way into, though don't expect ankle support like a hiking boot. These boots are also positively buoyant. I've always had a problem with my feet sinking with my original Oceanic boots which were probably 3 mm with the thin rubber sole. These boots definitely bring my feet up, almost too much. Wish they made this sole in a 3 mm thickness - that would probably be perfect for me.
