I'm rather new to meditation. Before using this Zafu, I found meditation to be very uncomfortable. Being a beginner, the discomfort greatly distracted me. I saw a few youtube videos, and decided to get a Zafu to improve my posture. I've been using this product for a few months now, and I must say I love it. It's durable, and doesn't deform while I'm sitting on it, and it looks nice in my room while I'm not using it :). I can tell that I'll be using it for quite a long time.
