After reading about this product, my expectations were high regarding support and fit. The top is no different than a tube style sports bra. There are no cups in the contruction; just a band of material as with normal sports bras. The material is great for water but I would not be able to run in this top. Fine for biking and swimming only. The fit ran small as I have several sports bras in extra large that fit fine. This fit more like a medium. I returned it and received a prompt refund. Not for C cup or larger.
