Just received for the vacation I haven't left on yet, so I can't really attest to how good the product is, but I'm hopeful. Because they don't really mention sizing on this website, and they do on the product, thought I would share:
Small: mens 4-7, womens 5.5-8.5, Medium: mens 7-10, womens 8.5-11.5, Large: mens 10-13, womens 11.5-15.5.

I took a gamble ordered a size small and it fits my ladies size 8.5 foot fine.
