It's important for a holster to fit, and to have the ability to reholster easily, without having to use two hands. This holster is well made, fits well (snug), comfortable to wear, and doesn't ride up or out of position easily; they are, in my humble opinion, one of the best IWB holsters you can buy. I especially like the dual loop belt snaps, which are much easier to deal with than a single metal spring clip. I have one for both a Springfield XDm and XDs and would recommend them without hesitation.
