I bought this for my S&W M&P 45C. Has great retention and you can adjust the cant by simply switching belt holes. A bit tight to get it in the holster at first, easily remedied by putting the pistol in a thin sock and shoving it in there overnight.
Thumb break is really hard to engage and disengage, but the instructions that came with the holster say to put the pistol in the holster then put it on and leave it on for a while and after a bit it should be easier to use.
Holds nicely against the body, not much flopping around, i'd recommend getting a good thick belt with this.
