I like to start the day with exercise to loosen my stiff joints. This Kit has really shown me how to do that. I have already graduated from 1 lb. to 2 lb. weights and I love the result with the elastic band and the dumbbell weights on my arms. I actually feel stronger in my trunk from doing the exercises.
