i recently bought this case and had to send it back to much dissapointment. it was nice case and looked like it was great quality but unfortunetly it wasn't big enough for my cues. it say's it can hold up to a 30 inch shaft, which that wasn't the issue, it was the butts of the cues that are too long. so if you buy this product make sure you cues will fit all the way around! when i measured the case it was 32 inches overall(from very top to bottom) alot of cues need a 32 inch long tube so the overall case should ne 33 to 34 inches to allow for closure.
the shipping was fast and customer service was great and very helpful to accomdate the return....now i'm just waiting for the refund.
