My 1 and 2 year old got this toy for Christmas and we just got it out last week to try it. I was a little afraid that it was going to squirt them really hard in the face, but I was surprised to find out that the water flow was adjustable. It can shoot 8 ft in the air or a 1/2". My 1 and 2 year old didn't want to sit and spin on it but they had a blast playing in the water. With it only shooting out a little bit of water you can leave it on for a long time and not have to worry about your water bill.
