I received my bracelet in a timely manner and shipping was free. The Bracelet is well made and looks good. They claim there are ten magnets under the leather. If there are they are so weak they have no pull. The only magnetic pull I have found is in the clasp its self; which works very well. I contacted the company and they assured me that if the bracelet had pro stamped on the clasp that it had ten magnets inside and that it should drag paper clips around even through the leather. I tested mine, it does not even come close to moving a paper clip. They offered to exchange or give me my money back if I was not satisfied. The bracelet cost is high for what it is, but I thought if it had the magnets in it and looked as good as the picture it was worth it. I have wore magnetic bracelets a lot and I do feel the help with the pain I have in my hand. All in all the bracelet is good quality; I just want you the future buyer to be aware of my experience. I can not confirm there are no magnets in my bracelet other than what I've already stated. I am keeping mine; I just do not want to go through all the hassle of an exchange and get the same results. I do like enough to keep it. So draw from that what you will.

The company has done everything in it's power to make me a satisfied customer. They have gone above and beyond. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. So although I'm not sure about the item I bought; I do not feel they did anything to try an deceive me. So if you like the look of the bracelet, buy it! It is well made and the clasp is the best on the market. All bracelets should have magnetic claps like this!
