I alredy had an idea of the type of athletic shoes I wanted, I know what size Nikes fit me, so that is not a problem.
I am constantly being Emailed by 3 shoe companys, but what is on deal to me price-wise, is no deal.
On a whim, I went on-line to Amazon and found several styles I liked, at the prices I liked.
The "good" pair I was wearing were white. (not good for winter mess.) So I wanted black.
I like this syle and the price that was offered, so I went ahead and ordered them.
I was happy when they showed up a day before I was given as the delivery date!
(Some how, I ripped the sole loose on my other's the day the new ones were delivered!

Aurorae has just come out with a new mat. It's brilliant. They bonded a non slip microfiber towel onto a regular yoga mat. It's like practicing on a magic carpet. It weighs less and washes beautifully. I put mine in the washer with my old mat and it dried in half the time.
I love my old Aurorae mat. It's one of their original mats in a calming green but after years of teaching and practicing on it,the time has come to retire it. I cut my old mats into strips to use as a knee pad. Always be nice to your joints.

02-09 YAMAHA XV17PC: K&N Air Filter - Yamaha Review

I have an '08 Polaris Sportsman 800, which by itself is not a slow machine. Once I added this filter as a replacement for the original, however, it was a whole different ballgame. I immediately notice the boost to acceleration and pickup from the motor, and as someone who rides mostly off-road in the desert I'm sure I'm adding longevity to the bike as well. Simple install; fits directly in place of the stock filter. A very inexpensive way to grab a few more horses.

Got this shirt just in time for my trip to Hawaii, and I'm glad I did. The sizing does seem a bit off from most other brands. Buying clothes online does come with the question, will it fit? Luckily I did the research and it seems you want to buy a size smaller than usual. When doing so mine fit nicely. It was unusually windy in Maui and just wearing the shirt, sleeves rolled up and no bottom layer, when not in the ocean felt awesome, it protected me from the stinging sand and kept me cool from the sun. Who needs a towel, threw on the shirt after swimming and was cool and dry in minutes. Liked it so much, I wished I had bought more as I wanted to wear it everyday of the trip. When it came time to hike in the humid West Maui Mountains, put on a polyester compression shirt underneath and both worked perfect for moisture wicking and quick drying. Will buy more!

CaddyDaddy Golf Constrictor 2 Travel Cover (Black/Navy) Review

Bought this for a trip to New England and hoped that the airlines wouldnt destroy it like Southwest did my last one. Arrived and survived nicely with no tears or cosmetic damage. Material is strong and seems to withstand alot. Only concern is the length. I use a stand bag and the clubs barely fit inside. If you have a driver more than standard length or a long putter, you might have a problem fitting inside. Other travel bags may be longer, I dont know. The construction is sstrong and the padding on the upper area is very adequate. Lots of room for added extras inside. Overall I am satisfied with the buy and hope this survives a few more trips.

Mizuno Men's Wave Inspire 9 Running Shoe,Malibu Blue/Blazing Yellow/Black/Black,7 D US Review

I've been running in the inspires since the 4's, and this is definitely my favorite pair so far since the 6's. I ran through 6 different pairs of inspire 6's and for nostalgia purposes I dont think I'll ever run in a better pair of shoes than the inspire 6's. I was really worried after the 7's that Mizuno wouldnt be following the same strategy they had followed producing the past shoes. the 7's were horrible, no stability, high tops and the toe box was all out of wack and gave the worst blisters. the 8's made a huge improvement and I think mizuno realized it because the inspire 9's are very similar to the 8's. right now Im alternating between a pair of 8's and the new pair of 9's and the few differences I can tell are the height of the shoe, the 9's are much shorter, they give great flexibility around the ankle area with no rubbing. the stability is still very good, I love the stability these still offer with a little bit of over pronation that I have. The 9's are also much lighter than any other pair of inspires I think theyve ever made. They are noticably lighter than the 8's.

The two cons I have for these shoes are the material and how thin it is and how low the shoe is. The material does allow alot of air through and snow which sucks right now in the winter, but Im sure when the summer rolls around I'll be happy that its so breathable. Also the height of the shoe can be a little annoying, when its that low stuff getting stuck in your shoe happens alot more often then I would like. Both of these cons are what make the shoes so light so I guess you cant have everything.

I only have about 80 miles on these shoes right now so i'll try to update this once I reach the end of the shoes life.
