Purchased this specific product at the recommendation of my Yoga instructor. I use the round bolster on a regular basis. Excellent for relaxation Yoga. Have only had the bolster for about a month, but it is holding its' shape and seems to be well made. Glad I made the purchase. Having said all that, I will convey that the product came with neither a booklet nor illustration sheet showing some poses. It perhaps could be improved in this manner.
