These are just what I was looking for. I run 20-30 miles a week and was starting to suffer from knee pain due to extra fluid and a shifted knee cap. Tried several different crosstrainer and running shoes not to mention hours of physical therapy but no luck. Figured Id give a pair of minimus shoes a try because the only other kind was barefoot shoes which isn't something Im interested in. These took care of the pain within a week! The warning tag on them says to ease into wearing them because they can cause pain in certain areas. Like most people, I ignored the warning tag and ran 6 miles the first day. No problems at all. Felt great and ran 8 the following day. Ive owned them for a few months now and have a couple of marathons in them and can tell you that they are still holding up like they did the day I got them. I train mostly on gravel roads but do quite a bit of road running as well. Keep in mind that they aren't for everyone but thankfully Amazon has a fantastic return policy.
